One thing you might want to know (I did) is the type of chain and material. It's a nice 10k white gold box chain that picks up the light beautifully - I think it's a 16 inch chain. The piece is really nice and subtle - I was looking for something with sparkle but a little different than the usual super girly jewelry. It's perfect. The black pearl has a green/brown sheen which is pretty with my hair. And the little diamonds pick up sparkle quite well. The only reason I take off a star is that I emailed the company with questions about the return policy/authenticity and did not receive an answer or courtesy email until today (4 days after receiving the product). However they were very nice when they did reply, and sent a personal response rather than a form email. The item comes with a certificate of "quality" verifying the authenticity of the product, and it appears to be quite genuine in every way. Nevertheless, I'm bringing it to a local jeweler to confirm the price range and will try to remember to report back.
