Per my Doctor – Start Weight: 244.6 Last Week: 151 Today: 147.8 Loss – 3.2 lbs Total Loss: 96.2 lbs Goal Weight: 145.6 (145) LBS to GOAL: 2.2 lbs This week’s NSV’s: 1) Got Engaged to my soul mate 2) Tried a wedding dress on from the rack. Did not sweat finding a dress i liked in my size. 3) Completed C25k Incline Style Week 1 + Started Week 2 Tonight 4) Realized how small my clothes actually are. Mine are not the biggest in the clothing hamper any longer. LOVE THAT! 5) I can feel my ribs. I do not remember a time ever in my life that i could do that. 6) Walked into a room full of healthy people, not a single one of them has ever struggled with their weight and all they could do was compliment me. Pretty cool.
